By accessing the q555 platform at q555.click, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and q555.

Account balances on q555 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your q555 balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Funds in your q555 account are held in a segregated account and are not used for q555 operational expenses.

All financial transactions on q555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q555 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your q555 account instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay).
• Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 2 hours to reflect in your q555 balance depending on your bank.
• q555 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are their responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests to verified Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts process in under 4 minutes for accounts with completed identity verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the q555 account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• q555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and Virtual Sports betting activity on q555:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the q555 system. They cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player after confirmation.
• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection on standard markets. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or called off before completion, q555 follows standard industry settlement rules. Bets on the final result are typically voided and stakes returned unless a specific minimum time period has elapsed.
• q555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. q555 suspends in-play markets at key match events (goals, red cards, injuries). Bets submitted during a suspension may not be accepted.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to return a profit. A single void leg in an accumulator reduces the number of selections but does not void the entire bet.

q555 uses official data providers and match officials' decisions to settle all betting markets. q555's settlement decisions are final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with your bet reference number.

The following rules apply to casino games, Teen Patti, Poker, Aviator, Live Casino, and all other digital game formats available on q555:

• All digital game outcomes on q555 are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are unpredictable and cannot be influenced by q555 staff or players.
• Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in front of live cameras. The outcome of live table games depends on physical results (card deals, roulette ball) and cannot be predetermined.
• Game malfunctions — including software crashes, disconnections, or display errors — void all affected game rounds. Stakes for voided rounds will be returned to the player's q555 balance.
• Teen Patti private room hosts are responsible for the boot settings and game rules applied within their room. q555 is not liable for disputes between players in private rooms outside the standard platform rules.
• Progressive jackpot games on q555 have specific rules and contribution percentages displayed in the game information panel. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout.

q555 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the expiry date results in forfeiture of the bonus and bonus winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold and use one active bonus on q555 at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is treated as bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on q555. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and may be permanently closed:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the q555 platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in card games, Poker, or any other format where shared information would provide an unfair advantage.
• Opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using the q555 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the q555 platform, its servers, or its security systems.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against legitimate q555 transactions.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing someone else to operate your account.
• Placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing or inside information not available to the general public.

q555 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud, to the relevant authorities. All transactions on q555 are monitored for suspicious patterns.

q555 may suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Confirmed match-fixing or manipulation activity.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, q555 may withhold the balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, remaining real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

The q555 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of q555. Unauthorised use of q555 branding in any context — including social media impersonation, fake promotional materials, or phishing — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

q555 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain 24/7 uptime and a consistently smooth experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from all technical issues. q555 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues beyond q555's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access.
• Financial losses from gambling activity. All betting and gaming on q555 involves risk and players accept this risk when they place a wager.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the q555 platform.

q555's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
